The Opportunity

What You'll Do:
- Lead with Excellence: Take full management responsibility for our bar, in-room dining, and support and work along with other F&B management towards hotel goals
- Hands-On Leadership: Focus on leading your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.
- Inspire & Develop: Provide direction to a team of passionate food & beverage experts, nurturing their skills and fostering their ongoing development.
