Be the calm presence that keeps everything running overnight
While most guests are asleep, you’ll be helping keep the hotel safe, organised and welcoming. As a Night Team Member, you’ll support overnight operations and ensure guests feel secure, looked after and comfortable throughout the night.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain safety and security procedures during the night shift
- Carry out regular security and safety checks
- Support colleagues with overnight operational needs
- Assist with basic maintenance or housekeeping issues when they arise
- Set up meeting rooms and prepare public areas as required
- Serve food and beverages to guests when needed
- Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs overnight
- Respond calmly to emergency situations
- Complete clear, accurate reports for management

Who This Role Is For
You’re a dependable, calm individual who enjoys supporting guests, maintaining safety and being part of a trusted night team.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working in a hotel or similar environment, ideally in a night‑time role
- A friendly, professional approach to guest service
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- A good understanding of safety and security procedures
- The ability to stay calm, focused and composed under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and varying shifts as required

The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton is ideally located just off Junction 1 of the M32, close to the University of the West of England Bristol (UWE) and MOD Abbeywood.
