The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for the hotel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with corporate clients and travel agents, and maximising revenue from group and corporate bookings.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Generating new business leads and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Working closely with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attending trade shows and industry events to promote the hotel.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Track record within the hotel industry working in a proactive sales management role
  • Local relevant market experience within the hotel locations
  • Evidenced new business sales success
  • Proactive account sales production analysis and review
  • Ability to network effectively
  • Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately
