We’re looking for a confident and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor who enjoys being hands‑on, visible, and supportive on the floor. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in standards, enjoys guiding others, and wants to play an active part in delivering great guest experiences.

What you’ll be doing

Set the standard on every shift
Make sure the restaurant and bar are fully prepared, well presented, and ready to deliver — creating a calm, organised environment for both guests and the team.

Be the face of great hospitality
Lead by example with warm, professional service that reflects our brand and makes guests feel genuinely welcome.
Support and step up. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support the team, drive performance, and confidently take the lead when needed.

Focus on personalised service and attention to detail, helping turn good visits into great ones
