Our Central Support Office based in Gosforth and is the bustling hub of Parkdean Resorts. This exciting place to work houses all the essential supporting functions for our 67 holiday parks along with our award winning Contact Centre.

This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objectives. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links.


Owner Enquiry Advisor

• Support park enquiries over the telephone and deal with queries appropriately to ensure information is always up to date.
• Liaise with Customer Relations to resolve and highlight any Owner issues as appropriate.
• Respond to emails in a timely manner and follow templates as appropriate.
• Work within a Contact Centre inbound and outbound environment as part of a focused and dedicated support team.
• Conduct educational visits to the parks as and when required.
• Support fulfilment as required in busy peaks across the business.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with the on park dedicated Easylet (Owners letting scheme) teams.
• Carry out any other duties deemed fit by the Owner Support Centre Manager, Head of Accounts Receivable or relevant Director.
• Take a responsible approach to the Parkdean Resorts owned leads within the system and ensure confidentiality and consideration for the data protection act is always considered.
• Work with senior managers in the business to support the full Owner experience.
• Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure.
• Embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values through the effective use of various tools such as the “Creating Amazing Memories” training.
• On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.
• You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.
