Night Team Member (Part-time)

An opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Night Porter at the Hallmark Hotel Derby Midland, working three/four nights per week. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and customer service. You will assist the Night Manager with providing an exceptional service for our guests and carry out duties with key responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and guests throughout the night, carrying out some basic Reception duties, ensuring that function rooms are set up appropriately for the following day’s business, public areas are cleaned to a high standard and guest requirements are met.

Previous experience of working in a hotel environment or in a customer service role would be preferred, but full training can be provided, as we are looking for somebody with a mature approach, an outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work hard as part of the Nights team.
