The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has risen for Chef de Partie to support the culinary operations of our fabulous Food & Beverage outlets. You will be responsible for overseeing your area within the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as requested.

Supporting the Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie will deliver food to an exceptional standard whilst maintaining high levels of quality.

The Hallmark Manchester Airport Hotel is located just five minutes’ drive from Manchester International Airport, close to the M60 and M56 motorways and perfectly positioned neighbouring leafy Wilmslow.

The hotel has 88 bedrooms including eight family bedrooms, health club and spa with swimming pool and sauna + seven treatment rooms. Two superb banqueting rooms and exhibition space and flexible conference suites.
