The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has risen for Chef de Partie to support the culinary operations of our fabulous Food & Beverage outlets. You will be responsible for overseeing your area within the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as requested.

Supporting the Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie will deliver food to an exceptional standard whilst maintaining high levels of quality.

Set in four acres of beautifully landscaped and carefully maintained grounds, and its tree-lined driveway which leads you towards our exquisite grade II listed manor house dating back to the 17th century the Hallmark Hotel, Flitwick Manor has it all.

Flitwick Manor also contains a walled garden, an arboretum and a lake along with a grade I listed parish church and grass-topped grotto bridge with classic and Gothic features concealing an arched room.

We’re just three miles from the M1 and have good links to London and nearby Woburn Abbey and Woburn Safari Park. Flitwick train station is just a mile away and trains run to London every 35 minutes.

With 19 elegant stylish bedrooms including three four-poster suites and family bedrooms, Master Bedroom with kissing baths. Flitwick Manor has a Two AA rosette awarded restaurant with a private dining or meeting room which can accommodate up to 58 people.
