The Role

With some amazing meeting spaces, the set ups you can achieve for your clients is only limited to their imagination! As Meetings & Event Operations Manager, you help to create events that stay with our guests long after they have left. Overseeing a team who are just as dedicated, you will plan for and run events, be a natural problem solver, team player and client host - not to mention an excellent communicator, super organised and a stickler for detail! As you would expect, running the department includes all operational, customer service, supplier and team management duties - but more than that, we want you and your team to be the reason our guests and clients recommend us and return.

  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
  • Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
  • Previous experience in a fast paced service environment
  • Marketing & Social media knowledge
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Passionate about our brand
  • Able to work under pressure and react quickly to resolve issues
  • Able to multitask and be flexible at all times
  • Highly punctual
  • You will need to be a resident in the UK and have the right to work.
