We’re looking for an Event Manager to join our team at our F1 Arcade, St Pauls!
Key Responsibilities of the Event Manager:
• Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of entertainment events - from concept through post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design event themes and interactive experiences that resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth execution and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, maintaining high standards throughout.
• Gather feedback and analyse event performance metrics to inform future event improvements.
• Document learnings and best practices for continuous enhancement of event quality.
• 3+ years’ experience in event planning/management.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with digital event platforms and emerging entertainment trends.
