Room Attendant

We are looking for Room Attendants to work on a casual basis, working approximately 15 to 20 hours a week at the Hallmark Inn Derby. You will be reporting to the Head Housekeeper, and you will be responsible for cleaning the hotels’ bedrooms and public areas to the very highest standards.

Previous experience of working in a hotel environment or in a similar role would be much preferred, but full training can be provided, as we are looking for candidates with a mature approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work hard as part of the Housekeeping team. The role will include some weekend shifts and hours will be variable depending upon the needs of the business but we are able to be flexible towards applicants who may need to work around school hours.

With the really popular Alton Towers within easy driving distance of Derby and our 24 comfortable family bedrooms, the Hallmark Inn Derby is a particular favourite with families.

The property consists of 88 88 contemporary ensuite rooms including 24 family bedrooms. The Hallmark Grill with a modern British and European menu is packed full of new ideas and old favourites. Featuring juicy steaks, risotto and indulgent chocolate brownies.
