Customer Service Systems Support Advisor - 6 months FTC

  • To become a “super user” that is a designated point of contact for our park Holiday Home Sales teams
  • To provide expert advice on all Holiday Home Sales processes and system functionality
  • To be the “go to” for real time sales opportunity queries
  • To enable a structured and consistent approach to support of day to day Holiday Home Sales
  • Provide a solution to finance proposal process queries
  • To assist, enable and direct our park teams to a swift and successful sale completion through your expert knowledge

Person Specification

  • Detailed understanding of Programme delivery, and governance frameworks that ensure programmes are delivered in a controlled way
  • PRINCE2 and MSP or similar required
  • Experience leading a PMO function, and Programme Managers
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
