We’re looking for a Reception Host to join our team at our Atlanta location.

Key Responsibilities of the Reception host role:

• Welcoming our guests, delivering exceptional service at all times
• Handle bookings and manage walk-ins ensuring the smooth operation of the venue
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with all departments of the venue
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment due to the nature of the venue

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

• Experience as a host or receptionist in a similar customer-facing environment
• Experience with bookings systems such as Collins would be preferred but not essential
