Head Waiter

We're looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join the Front of House team at Evelyn's Table, our Michelin-starred intimate 12-seat restaurant, and our Soho hidden gem, The Mulwray wine bar.

You'll be:

• An experienced team leader. Our Head Waiter will support Restaurant Management in leading & training the Front of House team. You’ll be an excellent communicator with a forward-thinking approach to management and training.
• Highly trained with a strong understanding of the best practices in service.
• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in service. You will work closely with our small, close-knit and collaborative team of Chefs and Front of House to shape our guests’ journeys from the moment they arrive.
• Passionate about detailed hospitality. You’re enthusiastic about getting to know our guests, intuitive at reading them and keen to go above and beyond to make their time with us a highlight. Previous experience in a Michelin-star restaurant environment will set you up for success with us.
