Arcade is a celebration of global food and drink, all brought together under one roof. From Thai and Indian street food to Middle Eastern shawarma, Latin American grills, Japanese favourites, and beyond – our food brands span the world and reflect the vibrant, diverse energy of London.
Our new West End opening will be home to a mix of critically acclaimed kitchens, a high-energy destination bar, and a full calendar of events. Every corner is designed to delight – bold flavours, creative drinks, and an unforgettable experience every time.
The Role: General Manager
This isn’t your standard General Manager role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, a natural leader with an instinct for people, product, and performance.
You’ll be:
- Driving an exceptional guest experience across FOH, bar, and kitchen
- Working closely with some of the UK’s most exciting chefs and drinks creatives
- Leading a high-performing senior team with clarity, energy, and purpose
- Shaping smart recruitment strategies and development plans
- Owning operational excellence and innovation at every level
You’ll also need strong commercial instincts, from forecasting and P&L management to strategic planning with our Directors. Your eye for detail and passion for results will help ensure Arcade West End hits ambitious revenue targets while staying true to our culture.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
- An experienced GM or cluster manager from a high-volume, quality-led Restaurant group
- Obsessed with food, drink, and delivering standout guest experiences
- Naturally collaborative – a strong communicator, team builder, and motivator
- Commercially astute, with a proven record of delivering results
- Always curious, ambitious, and ready to raise the bar
