Arcade is one of UK’s most ambitious and exciting hospitality projects! A dynamic playground where world-class chefs, bold culinary ideas, and vibrant guest experiences come together under one roof. As a brand incubator, we launch, operate, and scale original concepts that celebrate global cuisines and exceptional drink culture.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and personable Barback to join the bar team of one of London’s newest, stunning and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking to develop their skills with full and ongoing support.

As a Barback at Arcade Covent Garden, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is always the very best. The successful candidate will:

• Assist with opening and closing the bar, completing relevant checklists and adhering to SOPs
• Carry out bar mise en place
• Support bartenders in service
• Operate glass wash machines, and ensure glassware is well polished and replenished
• Replenish stock before, during and after service, using best stock practises to ensure smooth services
• Assist the Bartenders were necessary to ensure the highest standards of guest service
• Ensure the cellar is stocked and kept clean at all times
• Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions
• Report low stock, health and safety issues and faulty equipment to the Bar Manager

• Bring experience in a similar role delivering high standard bar service
• Are a creative thinker with a can-do attitude
• Bring excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
