The Role

This person will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining recruitment and talent
resourcing processes and projects to support the growth of the company and supporting ongoing
talent needs by managing all aspects of candidate generation.
Main tasks:
● Build and deliver a strategy that aligns all colleague development activities to overall
business plan (AAM’s)
● Build the development ‘brand’ in alignment with our “employer brand”
● Develop a resourcing strategy that delivers an organisation that is at least “fit for purpose”
as well as ‘fit for growth’
● Oversee the development of a proactive sourcing approach that delivers a robust pipeline of
top quality talent to the business
● Provide overall direction and management for recruiting strategy, guidelines and procedures
concerning resourcing best practices, systems and methodology
● Manage of Hotel Operations Recruiter

Job location: glh Hotels, Central Support Office, 110 Central St, London EC1V 8AB
Compensation: £55000 annual salary

What we look for

General requirements:
This person will be responsible for driving and delivering a best in class recruitment experience for
hiring managers and candidates. We are looking for a hands on professional with strong Human
Resources background in the Hospitality, who is capable to develop, implement and maintain
recruitment processes within an organisation. Candidate must have:
● 15+ years experience in HR generalist roles
● Experience in the Hospitality sector (essential)
● Excellent communication skills, including persuasive negotiation skills
● Fluency in English, both verbal and written, additional languages are desirable
● Deep knowledge of HR processes and year cycle, including Performance Management,
Talent Development and Employee Engagement
● Strong commercial acumen, financial understanding and managing budgets experience
● Proven track record of working in international businesses with stakeholder’s matrix
● Understanding of cultural difference
● Experience of work in changing markets conditions (e.g. emerging markets experience)
● Practical knowledge of competitive framework - design and implementation
● Stakeholder management experience - internal customers, stakeholders, suppliers
● Experience of managing a team

Recruitment experience requirements:
● Previous experience of developing and implementing recruitment strategy in the hotel
organisation on national and multinational level
● Full cycle recruitment experience for minimum 3 years with proven successful candidates
placements, experience in recruitment agency is desirable
● Automatic Recruitment Systems (ATS) implementation experience, which should include
mapping business requirements and creating end user candidate experience
● Experience of developing recruitment materials and training content within organisation
● Developing and implementing KPI metrics to measure recruitment performance and cost
● Center of excellence for all resourcing matters
● In-house and outsourcing experience
● Recruitment experience crossover the business from line employees to top key employees
