Director of Sales & Marketing is crtical in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and marketing strategies. the DOSM we are looking for possesses strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
Proven Sales & Maketing record, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel in Doha or GCC.
Strong leadership and management for directing and motivating sales and marketing teams.
Ability to inspire and empower team members, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture is key.
