As a brand incubator, we launch, operate, and scale original concepts that celebrate global cuisines and exceptional drink culture. 

About The Role:

We're looking for a Food Runner to join our front-line team at one of London’s newest and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.

As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate in this role will:

• Deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to the dining areas
• Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner
• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams
• Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Bring prior experience as a Food/Bar Runner or similar front of house role
• Have worked in a high-volume restaurant environment similar to ours
• Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude
• Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure
• Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues
