The hotel offers a combination of contemporary design throughout 1019 bedrooms, as well as meeting rooms and the modern Brasserie restaurant. The hotel also has its own destination Momentus bar, as well as a dedicated conference centre.

As Operations Manager you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel 24 hours a day. You will be responsible for a team of Heads of Department and you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of success in customer satisfaction, people management and commercial results. You will lead the team to maximise revenue and deliver excellent standards of service at all times. You will need to show excellent leadership skills and a track record of delivering results through your people as well as a working knowledge of all your departments. You will work to continually improve standards and act as a key point of contact between the operations team and other business functions.
As a manager you will be passionate about delivering a first class guest experience and will be experienced in training and developing your team.
