The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks.

The Role

We are looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and great service to join our Room Sales Team. As a Room Sales Executive you are the first person our guests interact with therefore you are responsible for providing a quick, efficient and professional service, however more than that you will have the opportunity to really get to know your guests in order to better anticipate their needs and deliver a truly personalised experience. You will need to be proactive in solving guest queries and be able to do your best work whilst remaining cool and calm under pressure.

Our Room Sales Executives work a shift rota so you will need to be comfortable working five days out of seven, with some early shifts and some late shifts.

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role in a fast paced service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
  • Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
  • Empathetic and able to build relationships
  • An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Opera knowledge is a definite advantage
