We're looking for a budding HR professional to join our Retail HR team, based in either Manchester or London on a 6 month fixed term contract. As the Retail HR Administrator you will work with all of the HR team providing effective administrative support. This is a varied role providing HR administration support, payroll processing, resolving queries, maintaining reporting, dealing with UK invoices, and supporting the team to manage HR workshops and employee relations queries.
DAY TO DAY
The Retail HR Administrator is a vital member of the team demonstrating good understanding of HR Policy and processes incuding Sickness & Absence, Disciplinary, Maternity/Paternity etc. gained through your experience in a retail support function or through your studies. You will be the main point of contact providing great customer service to our retail teams, answering retail employees HR queries with knowledge of company policies and procedures, escalating where necessary, to the correct person in the HR team and sharing relevant policies. In addition to this, effectively managing the Central HR log and ensuring all cases are up to date and dealt with in legal timeframes.
