The hotel boasts an onsite Hard Rock Cafe, Hard Rock Cocktail Bar, Hotel GMT Bar and a Rock Royalty Lounge. Are you a security professional who can take responsibility for the safety and security of our property, team members and guests and build valuable stakeholder relationships while always maintaining a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service? If you answered yes, then we want to hear from you. We are currently seeking a Duty Security TEAM LEADER to join the team in order to ensure that we are safeguarding the hotel as well as our guests and staff, whilst providing a consistently high level of guest service. As Team Leader you will report to the Cluster Security Manager and will deal with any issue in his/her absence ; You will supervise the general day to day operation and all team members reporting to you in that they carry out regular floor walks of the Hotel in order to identify, report and deal with, any situations which could compromise security; You will maintain professional and courteous presence in the hotels public areas and will build and maintain co-operative working relationships with the team as well as other key stakeholders such as the local police. The security team are responsible for ensuring all guest areas are safe and secure and that the wider team are consistently able to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Reliable, honest • People person who is approachable. • People person who is fair, understanding and acts with empathy. • A checkable 10yr employment or educational history • Literacy in ENGLISH both oral and written • Team Player who understands the commitment and reliability the role will involve in shift work. • First Aider • Sound Knowledge of PACE- Police & Criminal Evidence Act (what is it?) • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements. • Ability to manage and coordinate any emergency incident which may occur in a calm & professional manner • Ability to manage and complete a full and concise investigation including the compilation and preservation of evidence. • Ability to complete a full and concise incident/accident report • Ability to take statements from key witnesses within the requirements of PACE • Computer Literate • Communication Skills
