GLH Hotels is London's leading hotel owner-operator with over 5000 rooms under management within the Guoman, Amba, Thistle and Hard Rock Hotel brands. Supporting the hotels is our Commercial Strategy Team including sales, marketing, distribution and revenue strategy. The Central Support Office is conveniently located near Old Street within a short walk of Old Street, Barbican and Farringdon tube stations.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Manager – B2B & Trade Partners will be responsible for the execution of the overarching B2B strategy for the group with a strong focus on the corporate travel trade, meeting & events segments within the business.
Develop, manage and execute the B2B customer acquisition & retention strategy:
Develop supporting assets for all brand B2B, and property level B2B marketing activity:
Support and management of B2B CRM systems:
The role will also support other projects from time to time including hotel & venue refurbishments, rebrands and openings, as well as managing tradeshow and corporate events for GLH Hotels.
