We are now seeking a talented and well-organised Public Tender & Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a business-critical, multi-functional position that supports key operational areas including public tenders, regulatory compliance, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, structured, and capable of managing diverse tasks within a lean team environment.

Public Tender Management (Primary Focus – 75% of Business in Spain)
- Prepare, structure, and submit comprehensive public tender documentation in line with Spanish Regional Health Systems procedures and procurement laws.
- Create and manage administrative, economic, and technical dossiers for public tender bids.
- Stay up to date with regional government publications and ensure timely, compliant responses.
Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure compliance with the latest IVDR and environmental regulations affecting medical devices in Spain.
- Handle FSN notifications to the Spanish Drug Agency and monitor follow-ups.
- Support overall product regulatory and quality compliance processes.
Marketing & Social Media
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing activities including LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Collaborate on the annual marketing plan in close coordination with the local manager and HQ Marketing team.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a structured and methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multi-tasked responsibilities across departments
- High attention to detail when compiling complex documentation
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams, including international colleagues
Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of Spanish Public Tender procedures, laws, and regional government procurement processes
- Solid grasp of IVDR (In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation) and environmental regulations impacting medical devices in Spain
- Familiarity with the preparation of complete public tender submissions: administrative documentation, economic proposals, and technical dossiers
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes, including FSN (Field Safety Notice) notifications and local requirements for medical devices
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, newsletters) and general marketing workflows
Experience
- Hands-on experience in public tender management, especially within the healthcare or medical device sector
- Practical involvement in regulatory affairs functions and communication with health authorities such as the Spanish Drug Agency
- Experience in supporting or executing social media and marketing campaigns, including planning and content delivery
- Exposure to working in cross-functional roles within small teams or lean company structures
Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Law, Business, or related disciplines
- Proven track record (or equivalent training) in public procurement, regulatory affairs, or marketing support
- Proficiency in English is essential for international coordination
