We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Service and Application Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Regional Director in Ankara, this role is pivotal in ensuring quality services to our customers in the Eastern and Central Anatolian regions and requires a strong combination of technical experience and knowledge in medical devices as well as troubleshooting, maintenance, and user education. The ideal candidate will provide both technical field support and application training for healthcare professionals, ensuring that medical equipment and technologies are used effectively and efficiently.
Device Installation & Configuration: Conduct installations of various devices including microscopes, camera systems, as well as devices, software, and evaluation programs for IFA, Elisa, blot, and Chlia tests, etc. Maintenance & Service Management: Regularly review and update maintenance plans, maintaining detailed logs of maintenance activities including dates of service, parts replaced, and any other issues encountered. Training & Technical Support:Deliver on-site training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals on the proper usage and functionality of devices or software solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical needs and offering solutions that align with their clinical and operational objectives.
