Working in a security-sensitive environment

Some of the work undertaken across our business supports government, defence and national-security customers, which means certain positions require pre-employment screening or security clearance.

Depending on the role, this may include BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) or a higher level of security clearance such as SC (Security Check). The level required will always be clearly stated within the individual vacancy.

You do not necessarily need to already hold security clearance to apply. Where clearance is required, the Recruitment team will explain the process and requirements applicable to the role.
