What inspired you to join Steatite?

In 2011, Steatite acquired the company I previously worked for. Whilst I was very happy working for my previous employer, Steatite were a larger organisation and I could see the potential for career progression in the role I was working in at that time.

Can you describe your career journey since joining?

I joined as a Project Manager for the Business that Steatite acquired. Over a period, I was asked to Manage Projects for other areas of the Steatite Business.

The Project Management team began to grow as we took on more complex projects, and I was fortunate to be able to grow the Project Management team and set up the processes and ways of working.

In April 2025, I was asked to be the General Manager for Steatite Integrated Systems at the new facility in Ashchurch.

The reason I have enjoyed working for Steatite is not just because of the opportunities and career progress but because of the people and the culture.

What has been a memorable project or proudest moment so far?

My proudest moment has been my involvement setting up Steatite Integrated Systems and building the team that supports this Business Unit.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about joining Steatite?

If you are looking for a career with a company that genuinely values its people and culture, I would recommend working for Steatite.
