What inspired you to join Solsta?

Solsta had a strong reputation in the marketplace and several ex-colleagues already worked here, they gave me lots of positive feedback.

Can you describe your career journey since joining?

Initially I ran my own sales area, and I was quickly asked to mentor and support a less experienced colleague which I enjoyed and subsequently I was asked to support another colleague.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

I believe that Solsta cares about both their employees and customers, we act in an ethical and professional manner that differentiates us.

What has been a memorable project or proudest moment so far?

At the end of financial year 2026 I hit my sales targets as did the two colleagues I have been supporting!

What advice would you give to someone thinking about joining Solsta?

We are a design led, proactive distributor who goes the extra mile for our customers while having fun.
