When did you leave the military?
2023
What attracted you to join our company and this role?
What attracted you to join our company and this role? I was drawn to this role because I’ve already used the MPU5 system in operational environments alongside the Royal Marines, so the technology is familiar to me and represents a natural progression where I can build on that experience.
Which military skills do you use most in your current role?
Clear communication, problem-solving under pressure, and structured decision-making.
What strengths do ex-forces personnel bring to our business?
Discipline, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to perform reliably in high-pressure environments.
Describe the culture here in three words:
How have you developed or progressed since joining?
I’ve progressed from a support-focused role into delivering training, taking on greater responsibility and ownership.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Delivering training and seeing others gain confidence and capability with the system.
What advice would you give to someone leaving the Forces and considering applying here?
Highlight your transferable skills, be ready to adapt to a commercial environment, and emphasise real-world experience.
Would you recommend us to other veterans? Why?
Yes — because the role values military experience, offers clear progression, and allows you to apply your skills in a meaningful way.
