The cycle scheme is available to all salaried employees and allows you to purchase a bike and accessories up to the value of £1,000. The scheme is a monthly ‘salary sacrifice’ scheme whereby you effectively ‘hire’ the bike and kit over an agreed period. You then have the option to purchase the bike once the scheme ends.

Recommend a friend scheme

If you introduce a new member to the team, we will give you £150 upon 3 months of employment and then a further £150 upon 6 months.

If you successfully introduce a Manager to the team (Assistant Manager, Head Chef or Sous Chef) we will give you £500 upon completing 3 months’ employment and then a further £500 upon 6 months.
