Cycle to work scheme
The cycle scheme is available to all salaried employees and allows you to purchase a bike and accessories up to the value of £1,000. The scheme is a monthly ‘salary sacrifice’ scheme whereby you effectively ‘hire’ the bike and kit over an agreed period. You then have the option to purchase the bike once the scheme ends.
KidZania
Beaverbrook are official partners of Kidzania in Westfield, London. Designed for children aged 4-14, KidZania blends learning and reality with entertainment.
Employees of Beaverbrook are eligible to receive discount on entry.

Employees of Beaverbrook are eligible to receive discount when they dine in at our Anglo-Italian fine dining restaurant.
Monthly Employee Recognition
The recognition scheme is to recognise and reward Beaverbrook employees for exceptional performance, outstanding contribution, high levels of commitment and dedication. Both managers and employees are encouraged to recognise and nominate fellow employees across all departments of the Estate for actions they recognise as going ‘Above & Beyond’.

Beaverbrook employees are eligible to order food and beverage products at cost price through of our supplier Bidfood.
Free Shuttle Bus
We provide a free employee shuttle bus to pick up employees from Leatherhead train station and from our employee accommodation.
Long Service Awards
We recognise our employees for the long service that have provided to our business. We hold quarterly recognition ceremonies and award employees dependent on their length of service.

We are a family here at Beaverbook and as such we like to provide gifts to all our employees at Easter, Christmas, key milestone birthdays, new babies and marriages.
Gym Discount
We offer corporate membership rates at our local leisure centre. Normally the monthly membership fee is £100, we are able to offer £46 instead with no joining fee.
Study Support
We recognise the importance of encouraging and supporting employees in their individual development particularly where this will contribute to their job and career path within Beaverbrook. We will look to financially support eligible employees that have defined personal development goals.
Recommend a friend scheme
If you introduce a new member to the team, we will give you £150 upon 3 months of employment and then a further £150 upon 6 months.
If you successfully introduce a Manager to the team (Assistant Manager, Head Chef or Sous Chef) we will give you £500 upon completing 3 months’ employment and then a further £500 upon 6 months.

The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides a totally confidential free expert service to help when you are facing problems, difficulties or challenges relating to your home or working life.
