OUTFIT have a rapid expansion programme planned for 2010.  We are now recruiting for Store Managers in the Greater London area.

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the commercial direction of the store, maximising sales and profits for all the brands. They are required to monitor the performance of the brands in conjunction with the Sales Managers, ensure brand integrity is maintained, drive and influence the store's key performance indicators, promote customer service, and lead and develop both the Management and store team. This role is also responsible for networking with and influencing key members of the Arcadia field and Head Office.

Senior management experience in high street fashion retail is essential.
