The Role

As ‘Reservations Team Leader’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

What you’ll be doing

Customer service
Working as part of a great team
Supervising, training and coaching the team
Delivering brand standards
Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online
Proactive in seeking and converting enquiries into sales
Processing, amending and updating bookings as required
Maximising revenue through upselling
Administration and Technology savvy
Available to work when the team and customer needs you most
