ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Development and Leadership

• Attend training when required.
• To be fully aware of and adhere to fire/bomb threat procedures laid down by the hotel and company.
• Ensure you observe safe and hygienic working practices in order to satisfy Health and Safety at Work, fire procedures and other statutory legislation.
• Be fully aware of and comply with hotel and company rules and regulations as identified in the team member handbook.
Financial Reporting
• To audit daily business and maintain accuracy of hotel accounts.
• Provide weekly & monthly EPS payroll analysis reports for hotel review & challenge.
• Constantly monitor and review EPSYS and prepare GRNI at month end.
• Ensure financial information is provided in a timely and informative manner working closely with the shared service team.
• To review and challenge the accuracy of hotel financial information.
• To support the hotel teams in monitoring and reporting on KPIs.

Control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Liaise with Corporate Risk Internal Auditor to ensure tight financial controls are maintained in the hotels.
• Ensure PCI and GDPR compliance.

Forecast and Budget
• Support the SSC management accountants in the provision of data for monthly forecasts.
