Fairmont Windsor Park - We have an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Chef dedicated in delivering talented and articulate sweet pastries and cakes within our 5-star hotel. Applicants will be experienced in a similar role and shall be competence with meeting luxury expectations.

What we are looking for:

• A true desire towards producing fresh, authentic and beautifully presented pastries and desserts that will amaze our guests.
• Someone who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare.
• A self-motivated and hardworking individual, who is a team player and leads by example.
• Previous experience working as a Pastry Chef in an hotel or restaurant will be preferable
