Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie. We have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie dedicated in delivering amazing service in all aspects of their role and who wish to grow in a luxury environment. Within this role you will have the opportunity to move around different kitchens and learn various cuisines. A great new opportunity for those looking to upskill in their field!

What we are looking for:

• A true desire towards producing fresh, authentic, and beautifully presented dishes that will amaze our guests.
• Someone who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare.
• A self-motivated and hardworking individual, who is a team player and leads by example.
• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in an hotel or restaurant will be preferable.
