The Kingsley by Thistle is a classic Edwardian hotel, near Covent Garden, Holborn and Oxford Street. The Kingsley has been awarded 4-star status and has 129 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms. The team is relatively small and close-knit in keeping with the property's combination of modern comforts and historic charm.

The Role

As Meeting and Events Co-ordinator you will act as a critical point of contact for our guests and the wider Meetings and Events teams from the point of enquiry right through to the end of the event. You will take bookings on the phone, but will also meet with prospective clients face to face, to promote the hotel's services and facilities. Working closely with the operations team you will have the opportunity to ensure that every guest's requirements are delivered in full and every guest experience is seamless.
