This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objective's. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links.

Holiday Sales Advisors-New Business–Ideal for candidates who love to sell! You will be making holiday wish lists come to reality, on new holiday bookings, whilst still delivering first class customer service. Commission to be made on all bookings.
Holidays Sales Customer Support Advisors – This role is perfect for those wanting to express their top class customer service skills by assisting customers with their existing bookings. You will require Resilience and experience of dealing with complaints.
Holiday Homes Sales Appointment Advisors- If you are experienced in warm outbound calling and strive for hitting targets then this is the role for you, sales experience is essential. You will be making the first steps to holiday home ownership with our customers, and making commission whilst doing so.
Holiday Sales Upgrades Advisor - This role will involve driving & promoting extra’s such as upgrades, products and tickets via, inbound, outbound and on line to existing customers.
We have opportunity’s in both full and part time roles, in a range of different shift patterns.
