Credit Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller, with strong customer service skills, to join the team at Trecco Bay Holiday Park on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Owner Elite Manager, you will support with all credit control related tasks whilst providing amazing customer service to our owners and internal team members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for day-to-day minimisation of debt levels, communicating across telephone, email and postal channels in line with the departments service levels and processes. 
  • Ensuring relevant debt monitoring systems are updated in order for the relevant actions to be taken.
  • Administering invoice, refund and cancellation requests, in line with business process with all applicable paperwork and customer communication processed correctly, finding the best solution for the customer and Parkdean Resorts.
  • Being responsible for accurate data collection and input to ensure that we have insightful management information to more easily identify trends and opportunities.
  • Managing any customer dissatisfaction in an empathetic and constructive way always ensuring feedback and complaints are recorded to support continuous improvement.

The successful Person will:

  • Be experienced in a customer facing credit control role.
  • Ideally hold an AAT qualification.
  • Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft IT packages, including Outlook and Excel.
