A truly flexible position, working multi-functionally across the entire hotel operation as and when the business requires such as Reception, Conference & Events, Restaurant and Bar and Housekeeping, personally ensuring that our guests always receive exceptional service and that all aspects of the operation are maintained and presented to the highest possible standard.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience of working in a customer facing role, such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping etc. Ideally gained within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent oral and written Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong Organisation and Planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
  • Fully flexible with working hours/shifts
  • Possess a can-do attitude.
  • Good understanding of the English language
