Holiday Sales Advisor (Outbound)

Are you experienced in sales?

Do you have a genuine passion for exceeding targets and delivering excellent customer service?

We're looking for Sales Advisors to join our Outbound team based in Gosforth.

As an Outbound Holiday Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for the delivery of exceptional sales through service to secure holiday sales bookings and processes with a variety of upgrades to customers via the telephone inbound, outbound and online communication.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure the communication to all our customers is delivered by building meaningful relationships on every contact from enquiry through to sale and beyond in a friendly and engaging way.
  • To discover the needs of the customer, helping them and creating an amazing memory.
  • To maximise all opportunities on every contact and add value and revenue to the business at every opportunity.
  • Will strive to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience at every touch point across the customer life cycle/journey increasing customer engagement.
  • Will focus on achievement of individual targets in conversion and revenue, contributing to overall holiday sales targets.
  • Have the ability to identify sales opportunities and cross sell on all customer contact by having a positive and active dialogue at all times taking ownership of the holiday sales booking process.
  • Will take ownership of performance and always seek ways to improve and deliver results.
  • Be confident in making outbound calls to customers and have the ability to adapt your style and pitch to each and every customer to build positive relationships quickly.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Work experience in a sales or service environment.
  • High level of organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working with systems and Microsoft packages including Excel.
  • A passion for delivering targets.
  • Strong people engagement skills and be a team player.
