An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Apprentice to join the fantastic team at Crimdon Dene Holiday Park based near Hartlepool.
Reporting to the Reception Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to assist in creating an excellent reception and customer service experience for all guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first class Reception skills to our holiday guests at all times.
- Ensuring any queries or jobs required are dealt with efficiently and customer is fully informed and happy.
- Assisting with checking in/checking out guests.
- Ensuring reception area, counter area and holiday guest area, is clean and tidy at all times.
- Carrying out company cash handling procedures.
- Preparing for arrivals day – arrival and departure letters, welcome packs, key packs
The successful Person will:
- Be friendly and outgoing, with the confidence to deal with customer queries face to face and over the phone.
- Have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Ideally have experience of using IT systems.
- Be a quick learner, with a passion to progress in the leisure or hospitality industries.
