Our Central Support Office based in Gosforth is the bustling hub of Parkdean Resorts. This exciting place to work houses all the essential supporting functions for our 67 holiday parks along with our award winning Contact Centre.

This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objective's. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links.


Holiday Sales Advisor (Summer Contracts)

Everyone loves a holiday and the freedom to get away from the stresses of everyday life, at Parkdean Resorts Contact Centre, we love to help our customers to create amazing memories. We do this by being passionate about the UK and our amazing locations and helping existing and new customer’s choose the perfect holiday, the best upgrade, or give support to those essential queries that make our customers holiday experience top notch.

You will be focused on service delivery at all times, helping our customers too, with extra touches via upsell opportunities and support payment and service related queries.

You will be communicating with holidaymakers through inbound contacts in the main, live chat and e-mail and outbound courtesy calls as required. You will be accountable for your own performance and have the desire to strive for excellent performance and results.

You will also have the opportunity to work with our fantastic parks, helping to promote upcoming events and group booking opportunities. Your passion for brilliant customer service will be the first step in creating those amazing memories for our customers.

Although not essential it would be beneficial for you to have experience working within a sales and busy contact centre environment, however it is key that your background has involved customer service.

Role Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Passion for delivering quality work
  • Resilience and self-motivation


If you can bring those skills, then we will provide a fantastic 4 week training programme, including visits to some of our fabulous parks, so you can get a real sense of what it is like to be a Parkdean Resorts Holidaymaker.

Full and Part time roles - start date 29th May (Contract Roles)
