Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting an organised Administration Manager to join the Team at our fantastic Gatebeck Holiday Park based near Kendal.
The responsibilities will include:
- Providing day to day administrative support, undertaking mail correspondence, E-Mail, general enquiries, stationery orders, uniform orders and secretarial services for the general manager
- Handling queries from owners.
- Assisting management team in collating weekly, monthly and annual information for our Business Support Office in Newcastle and other suppliers.
- Checking and inputting all departmental weekly timesheets and liaise with the payroll team at Newcastle regarding any issues or queries.
- To administer the purchase order and invoicing processes for the park along with the admin team, including entering details and updating budgetary spreadsheets in conjunction with the General Manager.
- Ensuring staff rotas, staff training and performance are constantly monitored.
- Supporting the Reception Team and to provide cover when needed.
- To monitor and manage processes for guests staying on park from check in to check out
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within an admin function, with experience in debt collection.
- Experience of managing a team successfully.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service to customers both internal and external
