The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has risen for a Night Manager to support an exceptional team that creates memorable experiences and leads with passion. As you will be working over the nights period, it is important that exceptional levels of service are maintained throughout.

As Nights Manager you will be responsible for greeting our guests and ensuring their arrival and departure experience is smooth and effectively managed; leading and assisting your attentive team of Front office professionals where required. As an ambassador of the hotel, you will engage in positive communication with the team and motivate Front Office Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • You will be a passionate hotelier that thrives in challenging situations
  • You will be a proud ambassador of the hotel
  • You will have a proven track record as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experienced user of Opera, Delphi and Microsoft Office preferred
  • A positive and engaging demeaner with the ability to drive and motivate teams
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
