The Cumberland Hotel is a 4-star deluxe hotel in the West End of London, just off Oxford Street. The hotel offers a combination of contemporary design throughout 1019 bedrooms, as well as meeting rooms and the modern Brasserie restaurant. The hotel also has its own destination Momentus bar, as well as a dedicated conference centre.

The Role

In spring 2019, the Hard Rock Hotel London opens on the corner of Oxford Street and Park Lane. Boasting around 1000 stylish rooms and suites, together with two vibrant bars, a lively Hard Rock Cafe and one-of-a-kind meetings and events spaces, this is not your typical upscale London hotel. All Hard Rock Hotels offer stylish and contemporary design, unparalleled service and the thread that unites them all - music. We are looking for an HR Assistant, who will report directly to the Head of HR for the hotel, to provide critical HR support to the Heads of Department during this exciting period of transition. You will provide support in all aspects of human resources including resourcing, talent management, employee engagement, organisation design, change management, workforce management, leadership and employee development, compliance, employee relations, performance management, reward (compensation and benefits) and recognition. With a key focus being on Recruitment during the early part of the role.
