Wild Honey St James will open at Sofitel London St James in late May in an enviable position at the corner of Pall Mall and Waterloo Place. The reinvention of the former Wild Honey in Mayfair owned by chef Anthony Demetre will see an evolution of the food and style of its predecessor.

Our Commis Chef will have a genuine desire to be part of a high-profile new opening working with a guest chef. You will need to be ready to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for great food. You will be highly motivated and flexible in all aspects of the Commis Chef role.  

The salary package for Commis Chef will be between £24,000 and £26,000 per annum, plus can benefit from travelcard discount, 50% discount off Eurostar, free hotel stays, discounts on high street brands and much more...
