Wild Honey St James will open at Sofitel London St James in late May in an enviable position at the corner of Pall Mall and Waterloo Place. The reinvention of the former Wild Honey in Mayfair owned by chef Anthony Demetre will see an evolution of the food and style of its predecessor.
As Chef de Rang/Server, you will have a natural ability, through your passion and knowledge, to connect with the guests and deliver a personalised dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
