Wild Honey St James will open at Sofitel London St James in late May in an enviable position at the corner of Pall Mall and Waterloo Place. The reinvention of the former Wild Honey in Mayfair owned by chef Anthony Demetre will see an evolution of the food and style of its predecessor.

Our Chef de Partie will have a genuine desire to be part of a high-profile new opening restaurant working with a guest chef. You will have previous experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment a strong passion for cuisine. You will be highly motivated and flexible in all aspects of the Chef de Partie role.
