M&E Executive

The Hard Rock Hotel is a 4-star deluxe hotel in the West End of London, just off Oxford Street. The hotel offers a combination of contemporary design throughout 1019 bedrooms, as well as meeting rooms and the modern Brasserie restaurant. The hotel also has its own destination Momentus bar, as well as a dedicated conference centre.

The Role

As Meeting and Events Executive you will act as the main point of contact for clients when co-ordinating their events. You will need to have excellent communication skills and experience and a demonstrable ability to develop relationships with existing accounts to grow market share as well as proactively seeking new business. We are looking for as sales person with innovation and entrepreneurial flair, with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed.

This is a customer facing role so a passion for meeting and exceeding customer's expectations is essential as is excellent attention to detail. The position encompasses a high level of telephone communication as well as office administration so previous experience within a similar environment would be a definite advantage.
